With careful programming geared to its young residents, the project converted a church into a day care center. A central gathering space marked by light serves as the primary play space. A collection of cubic volumes for reading and play provide a sense of scale for children within the large space. The project is organized as a mini-city, with an open plaza surrounded by streets and colored buildings.
